A trademark is a wording, a phrase or symbol that is designed to represent your company or product. The trademark after registering and being approved by the patent office will appear on the product. The identification of TM by itself or in a circle will appear on the product. After approval the product also can the letter R in a circle on it to let the public know that it has been registered and approved by the patent office.
